VIDEO: At Home Dumbbell Workout

No time to make it to a class or the gym today? No worries, this quick circuit has you covered... all you need is two heavy dumbbells (mine were 35lbs).

- 3 rounds

- 60 seconds doing each exercise

- 1 minute break between sets

... You'll be sweaty, fatigued and finished in 17 minutes!

Exercise 1. Squat to shoulder press

Exercise 2. Tricep push-up to alternating rows

Exercise 3. Alternate reverse lunge & bicep curl

Exercise 4. Push-up with spider // Push-up with crises over // Alternate left to right legs

Exercise 5. Squat to Arnold press // Reverse lunge to Arnold press
