Wake up and foam roll! Rehab and maintenance is so important for our bodies - in addition to great workouts.

 

Today is rest day for me, so I'm up stretching and foam rolling my legs to help with injury prevention, which in turn allows me to train hard and be at my best. TAKE CARE OF YOUR BODY.
