FIT TIP: Prep your food for the week

What do you do to stop from coming home and snacking on sugar or unhealthy foods? I prep my food/meals for the week. If my fuel is there, ready to go in the fridge when I get home or whenever I'm hungry it helps me make better, healthier eating choices. Of course, I'm all about a CHEAT DAY... but try prepping your meals for the week and see if it helps you on your way to a healthier lifestyle!
