Chris Tye-Walker (CSCS) is a Los Angeles based Master Trainer, Fitness Host, lululemon ambassador, and a former nationally ranked track & field athlete for Great Britain. He is also the creator/producer of the HIIT treadmill workout series The Tread Series.
Chris is a 10+ year Master Trainer (and the West Coast Head trainer) for Barry’s Bootcamp. He also hosts live, weekly workouts for BodyRock TV and has appeared as a Fitness Host & Expert for SELF Magazine’s 5 Ways To A Better Body, BeFit’s Transform workout series, and the popular in-home series BodyRock Bootcamp.
A Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Chris has a Bachelors Degree in Sports Science with a concentration in Sports Psychology. His extensive fitness resume includes being a Guest Trainer for the NIKE Women's NTC Tour, working for the UCLA Department of Athletics, and was a member of the U.K. Junior National Team and a Top 10 hurdler for Great Britain.
