Hey Fit Fam! I'm passionate about making health and fitness accessible to all, which is why I now offer live-streaming online workouts that are donation-based, so you can join me from anywhere at a price you can afford.

My CTlive stream classes are available through the Luma platform, which automatically integrates with ZOOM, so you can sweat with me on any device! Turn your camera ON for personalized instruction and encouragement or OFF for privacy.

LATE REGISTRATION:

You can sign up for class any time, even once the workout has started.

CANCELLATIONS:

If you've paid for a class and need to cancel, please EMAIL US anytime before the class begins and we will manually add a class credit to your account. If you self-cancelled by using the link on the class page, the Luma system will not automatically credit you and you must notify us in order to be credited.

 

NOTE: It may take up to 24hrs for credit to appear in your account.
