FIT TIP: Holiday De-Stress with just 10min of Exercise

FOUR DAYS TILL CHRISTMAS?!?! YIKES!!! Who's feeling stressed out? Who's turning into a Christmas Grinch?

 

I know we all wanna curl up on the couch, eat cookies, shut out the world, and just STAY THERE this time of year! But one of the best things you can do for yourself (and to keep your sanity) is to EXERCISE!

 

Even if you don't have time to get to the gym, take a class, or squeeze in a proper workout, some easy ways that you can stay active during the holidays are:

 

- Take the STAIRS every chance possible

- PARK in the furthest parking spot at the mall

- Too cold outside for a brisk walk? How about FIRESIDE YOGA?

- Hop on the treadmill/elliptical when watching your favorite holiday MOVIE
