WHAT I'M EATING: Sautéed Chicken Breast & Veggies

Annnnnd this is what dinner should look like:

2 chicken breasts

A bunch of asparagus

Half a bag of spinach

1 red pepper

1 zucchini

...all sautéed together with some basil and pepper and a small side of mashed sweet potatoes (1/3 cup)!!!

Perfect balance of protein, carbs and green veggies! (Now, where are the cookies for dessert?!?)
