Take the stairs people! Stop being lazy.

 

Escalators are packed with germs and everyone glued to their cell phones...

 

There is exercise waiting for us everywhere we go!

 

Walking stairs is awesome for the butt AND legs.... especially when you find yourself at the airport and about to board a long 11-hour flight. Walk people, WALK!!!
