MOTIVATION: You. Are. Perfect.

I came home to this, on a mini 30-min morning break, and it put a smile on my face. (It's the little things.) It's one of the nicest things to be appreciated and valued.

 

As you sweat it out and work towards body goals, take a moment to stop and remember that YOU ARE PERFECT!
